Attendance & Cancellations
We understand that life gets busy! If your child will miss a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer a makeup session or credit (where applicable).
Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling, except in emergency cases.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are due before the start of each session, subscription cycle, or workshop.

Subscription plans are billed monthly or weekly based on your selected plan.

Missed subscription sessions cannot be carried over to the next month, but pre-recorded resources will still be available.

We do not offer refunds on digital products or missed sessions unless the cancellation is due to an issue on our end.

Tutor Communication
We believe in strong parent-tutor communication.
You'll receive regular updates about your child’s progress and can email us anytime for support or feedback. We’re here to help!

Student Expectations
We ask all students to come prepared, respectful, and ready to learn. Our sessions are fun and welcoming, but focused! We reserve the right to remove students from sessions if their behaviour is consistently disruptive.
